1.Double groove double row ball bearing design, smooth operation;

Suitable raw material :100% cotton fiber, 100% viscose fiber
Opening roller bearing working Principle: The doffer roller generates centrifugal force through rotation to draw fibers from the material and, due to the difference in centrifugal force, feeds the fibers into spinning cups where the centrifugal force is several times greater than their own weight. The doffer roller separates the cotton sliver into individual fiber states and
removes impurities from the cotton sliver, enhancing fiber straightness and uniformity .
